Description:
We are seeking a Database Developer to assist in populating databases that support internal analytic functions, as well as transactional databases. Responsibilities will include writing procedures, applications and scripts that transfer data between databases and off-site partners. Responsibilities also include query tuning and automated script writing for analytical functions. Ideal candidate will be proficient in MS SQL 2000 / 2005 and have a good programming background. Candidate must also be willing to learn different databases and programming languages. Knowledge of .Net Framework is helpful. B.S. in Computer Science or Related Field is required.

1-2 years experience in database or application development. Knowledge of MS SQL Server 2000. Experience or knowledge of SOAP. Understanding of transactions, stored procedures, and triggers. Ability to learn quickly. Standard SQL knowledge. Attention to detail and quality focused. Ability to work with others to accomplish business objectives. B.S. in Computer Science or related field.
